Marc Gummer has joined BLC as head of Diagnostic Services, working in the Technical Services Department, where he will be responsible for problem solving related to both the manufacture of leather and finished products. He will also provide support to the consulting team.

Marc joined Pittards plc - glove leather division, 2000, working in the Research and Innovations Department, where he was involved in product support and working on new products and technologies. During his time at Pittards, he studied at the British School of Leather Technology, graduating with a first class degree in Materials Technology (Leather) in July 2005.

Lindsay Sultana has joined the sales team at BLC as Leathermark co-ordinator. She will be responsible for managing the Leathermark Registration Scheme and ensuring that companies across the leather supply chain are aware of what this certified trademark represents and the need to have products verified to ensure that they comply with the Leathermark.
