European footwear retailers have formed a Children’s Shoe Coalition against the threat of potential EU taxes on children’s shoes.

The coalition includes members from Belgium, Britain, Denmark, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands who are campaigning against the proposal to extend the 20% EU import duties already imposed on adult shoes to include children’s footwear.
