The board of directors at Italy's largest furniture manufacturer, Natuzzi S.p.A. has decided to call an Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on June 6, in order to decide upon the appointment of Ernesto Greco as a new director of the company.

The board will then meet for the determination and delegation of powers and functions.
