US designer and wholesaler of branded apparel, footwear and accessories Jones Apparel Group, Inc. has made several management changes in its footwear and accessories businesses. Andrew Cohen has been promoted to chief executive officer of Wholesale Footwear and Accessories, and Heather Pech has been named as chief executive officer of its company-owned Retail Footwear and Apparel business.

Both executives will now report directly to Peter Boneparth, president and CEO.

The company also announced that Rhonda Brown, former chief executive officer of the Footwear, Apparel and Retail Group, is no longer with the company.

Jones Apparel Group, Inc. also operates the Barneys New York chain of luxury stores. The company's brands include Jones New York, Evan-Picone, Norton McNaughton, Gloria Vanderbilt, Nine West, Easy Spirit, Enzo Angiolini, and Bandolino.
