Stahl establishes two separate divisions

Netherlands-based coatings and chemicals company Stahl Holdings bv has established two individually managed divisions: the Leather Division (incorporating Leather Finish, Shoe Finish and Colours & Tanning Products) and the Performance and Coatings Division.

As a result, three new staff appointments have been made. Jon Bouchard has been appointed executive president of the Performance and Coatings Division, while Michael Vaskovich has been appointed executive president of the Leather Division. In addition, Peter Beaumont will provide support for both divisions, in his new role as chief operating officer.
