Iconix Brand Group, Inc. has entered into a licence agreement with Titan Industries, Inc. to design, manufacture and distribute footwear for its Badgley Mischka brand.

The Badgley Mischka Couture footwear collection will initially launch with

40-50 styles of evening shoes, sandals and boots.

The Bridal collection will launch with 20 styles for Spring 2007 with a similar distribution profile. Both collections will range in retail primarily from $250-$500 with select Couture styles retailing up to $1,000. The Couture and Bridal collections will be followed by bridge evening and day collections within the next few seasons.
