La-Z-Boy names president of Clayton Marcus

La-Z-Boy Incorporated has appointed Mac McCall as president of its Clayton Marcus upholstery unit. Mr McCall will report to Rodney D. England, president of La-Z-Boy's Non-Branded Upholstery. The position was previously held by Vernon Bigsby, who left the company in October.

Before joining Clayton Marcus in May 2004 as vice president of Sales, Mr McCall spent 32 years at Broyhill Furniture Industries, serving in various positions, and was most recently as vice president of its Home Collection Stores.

Clayton Marcus is one of six upholstery companies within La-Z-Boy Incorporated, including Bauhaus, Centurion, England, La-Z-Boy and Sam Moore. Based in Hickory, North Carolina, Clayton Marcus is a leading manufacturer of medium-to-better residential upholstery in both fabric and leather.
