Shoe Pavilion appoints executive vice president and CFO

US footwear retailer Shoe Pavilion, Inc. has appointed Neil Watanabe as its executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) reporting to chief executive officer, Dmitry Beinus.

Mr. Watanabe will oversee the company's finance, investor relations, systems, human resources, legal, distribution operations and strategic planning. He is replacing John Hellmann, who has resigned in order to remain in Northern California rather than continue his employment as at the company's new principal offices in Southern California.
