US retailer of footwear and accessories Shoe Carnival, Inc. has promoted Tom Vernarsky to vice president and Divisional Merchandise Manager Men's shoes, from his former position as Shoe Carnival's buyer in the women's sport and casual shoes category. Before joining Shoe Carnival, Mr Vernarsky’s footwear experience included service as executive vice president and DMM with Shoebilee, as buyer at the Shoe Department, and as a Buyer at Famous Footwear.
Shoe Carnival is a chain of 266 footwear stores located in the Midwest, South and Southeast.
