Ahmed Zulfiqar Hayat has been unanimously elected chairman of the Pakistan Leather Garments Manufacturers’ and Exporters’ Association (PLGMEA) Central for 2005-2006. Mr. Hassan Ali Bhatti and Mr. Rashid Ahmed Zahir were elected vice chairmen for the Northern and Southern Zones respectively.

Ahmed Zulfiqar Hayat has extensive experience in the leather garment industry and has been involved with various government agencies.
