Cherokee Inc., a global licensor and brand management company, has announced that its client, American apparel footwear and accessory company, Hot Kiss Inc, has entered into an exclusive international licence agreement for its Hot Kiss and First Kiss brands with Sumikin Bussan Corporation, a major Japanese trading company.

Detailed terms of the multi-year agreement were not disclosed, but it includes a wide range of categories including watches, handbags, small leather goods and footwear. This marks the first Hot Kiss and First Kiss licence agreement in Japan.
