Leather goods manufacturer, Paolo Nevada Enterprises, Inc., has announced that it has completed the restructuring of the company.

The company whose subsidiaries include Toko-Line d.d., a leather goods manufacturer which primarily produces purses, handbags, briefcases and other leather accessories, and Princic & Co., a tannery located in Slovenia, plans to expand its sales in Israel and the US in order to capitalise on the growing demand for handbags.

"The market for handbags is a very explosive market and is expanding rapidly. The company is in a very unique position to capitalise on this market in the United States," said a company spokesman. "By using the finest European leather, European design and quality, we have a superior product to offer the customer at a reasonable price."

Princic, which currently processes the leather used in the company’s European products, will now also produce leather for the new target markets as well.
