India to be ‘focus country’ at ACLE

19/08/2005

With 1,100 exhibitors, occupying 20% more floor space than last year and featuring, for the very first time, a 'Focus Country' - India - the 2005 All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) is set to break new records.

By initiating the "Focus Country" concept, which has proved so popular in other fairs, it is possible to introduce India's large and well established leather industry to both Chinese and international buyers.
A substantial number of Indian companies will be represented at the fair and members of India's leather industry will organise several seminars at the events.

ACLE will run concurrently with the China International Footwear Fair (CIFF) and Moda Shanghai from September 7-9, 2005, in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

ACLE deals primarily with raw material and the leather making process; CIFF, as its name implies, concentrates on the footwear manufacturing industry, while Moda Shanghai focuses on leather garments and travel goods.
