Boehme Filatex Inc. in Reidsville, North Carolina, and the Keystone Aniline Corporation in Chicago, Illinois, have entered into an agreement by which Keystone Aniline Corporation will distribute and provide technical services for a wide range of Boehme Filatex's specialty chemical products for leather tanning to a selected customer base in the US and Canada.
