US provider of order entry and order management business solutions for the apparel, footwear, sporting goods, and action sports industries, Indra Technology Inc., has released Version 4.3 of its Escape software. One new feature is a Custom Catalogue feature which allows the user to select desired items and place them together in a customised product assortment, complete with colour pictures of the items. This new feature is said to enable companies to present a more effective and personalised product line to its customers.

Escape Sales Force Automation Software consists of a suite of fully integrated components to automate manufacturers’ ordering channels into their existing back office system. By streamlining the order entry process, it is said to eliminate errors, increase customer satisfaction, and ultimately save money through decreased order processing costs and reduced inventory.

Companies such as VF Corporation, Perry Ellis International; Spalding Sports Worldwide Inc., and Top Flite Golf Company already use Indra’s system.
