To be known as “Nairobi International Leather and Footwear Expo”, the event will be held at the Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC),
The Expo is being hailed as testimony to the efforts of the industry, African governments and development agencies including the Common Fund for Commodities (CFC), Centre for Development of Enterprises (CDE), UNIDO and the International Trade Centre (ITC) in positioning and integrating the African Leather sector into the global market.
The Expo has attracted exhibitors from many African countries as well as international companies dealing with leather and leather products, including machinery manufacturers, chemicals and components suppliers, footwear and leather goods manufacturers and hides and skins dealers.
