Fenac S/A, organisers of the Brazilian leather and shoe events Fenac Verão, FIMEC and COUROVISÃO, has appointed a new president and nine new members to its managing board and three members to its Fiscal Board.

Júlio Cézar Maria Camerini has been made the director-president, while Carlos Henrique Klaser Filho is the new managing director.
