Chris Thorpe retires from Stahl

Chris Thorpe has retired from Stahl after a 30-year service at the company’s UK division.

 

Mr Thorpe joined Stahl from British United Shoe Machinery Company, bringing with him considerable experience of shoe machinery and adhesives from his days at Bostik.

 

Under his leadership, the Shoe Division at Loughborough flourished despite a downward shoe production trend in the UK.
