CTC (Centre Technique Cuir Chaussure Maroquinerie), the French technical organisation, is celebrating the first anniversary of its subsidiary CTC USA. A new member of the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA), CTC USA will have a stand at the forthcoming WSA show in Las Vegas, August 4-7.

CTC USA offers manufacturers, distributors and American importers the same services as those offered by CTC’s international facilities in Asia, Europe and Africa:

·        Laboratory testing for leather footwear, leather goods, luggage and glove products

·        Scientific analyses on the above-mentioned articles and their components: textiles, leather and plastic

·        Product inspections during production or prior to shipment

·        Working condition inspections

These services guarantee product quality as well as safety. In order to do this, CTC relies on its experts who are renowned the world over for their expertise in finished products, materials and production methods. With facilities at key production locations round the world, CTC is close to the sourcing regions of Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and even Ho Chi Min City.
