Moda in Pelle, a Leeds-based designer, manufacturer and retailer of high quality women's footwear, plans to increase the number of its UK outlets from 27 to 56 within the next five years.

The brand wants to open new stores in prime sites within major cities and other affluent areas, riding on the success of 50% higher sales achieved per annum during the last two years.

Established in Leeds 30 years ago, the company has grown significantly in the south of England and estimates its nationwide expansion to increase current turnover to between £25-30 million ($47-56 million).
