Jamah to debut luxury bag and accessory line
Jamah, the Los Angeles-based designer of a new breed of high-end leather goods and exclusive clothing, is to debut its first consumer collection at fashion boutique Fred Segal Melrose in
Jamah has created "timeless-with-a-twist" designs distinguishable by their fusion of elegant form and vibrant colours such as pomegranate, ocean, saffron, grass, panther and crush. Fashioned from luxurious Italian leather, functionality and durability are as much a feature of Jamah bags as their aesthetic.
"High-end bags today often seem either staid or insubstantial," stated Jamah co-founders Nancy Gale and Linda Sobel. "There is a real desire in the marketplace for bags that are contemporary, distinctive and fun, but also sophisticated, practical and timeless. We are thrilled that Fred Segal has recognised those qualities in our line."
