Netherlands-based Smit & Zoon, a producer of fatliquors, synthetic (re-) tanning agents and other specialities for the leather industry, has appointed Mr. Pim Wilgenburg as their new product manager.

Mr. Wilgenburg has been working for Smit & Zoon since 1999. He started in the company’s syntan factory in production control, and then went on to qualify as a leather technician, at Reutlingen. In recent years he has been in charge of technical matters for a number of countries.
