TFL acquires Euro Asiapacific Logistic in Sri Lanka

Germany-based TFL Ledertechnik GmbH has acquired Euro Asiapacific Logistic (Pvt). The acquisition was finalised on April 1, 2005 and the company has been renamed TFL Lanka (Pvt) Ltd., thus becoming a unit of the TFL Group.

 

The new subsidiary in Sri Lanka organises support in beamhouse, wet-end and finishing for the countries in South Asia (mainly Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri

Lanka).

 

 “We want to be the preferred supplier to the tanning industry in the South Asian area, creating value for our customers with superior systems and service,” stated Zulfiquar Ahamed, TFL Lanka’s general manager. The nine strong Sri Lanka team is lead by Peter Joensson, managing director, and supported by Zulfiquar Ahamed.
