Le Cuir à Paris to join Paris Pole Mode

13/04/2005

At the eighth edition of Le Cuir à Paris, held in March, organisers announced that the fair is to be relocated and will join together with Paris Pole Mode at the exhibition park of Paris Nord Villepinte as from September.

Paris Pole Mode groups Expofil, Indigo, Mod’Amont, and Première Vision which together attract around 40 000 visitors, buyers and consultants at each of the twice yearly editions, 80% of which come from abroad.

The decision to incorporate Le Cuir à Paris into Paris Pole Mode is seen as an opportunity to foster new synergies between the leather sector and the textile, threads, accessories, and design industries. It is also believed that concentrating all of these events in one location will be beneficial to visitors, enabling them to visit all of the fairs at one venue.

Organisers of Le Cuir à Paris, whilst being excited at the opportunities offered by the change of venue, were eager to convey that whilst the fair will come under the umbrella of Paris Pole Mode, it will retain its identity and independence.
