Magnum Boots acquires Falcon Shoe

Magnum USA, a division of Hi-Tec Sports USA Inc., has acquired Falcon Shoe Manufacturing Co., based in Lewiston, Maine, effective as of March 1, 2005.

 

Magnum makes boots for police officers, firefighters, postal workers and military personnel in the USA. Falcon Shoe had been hit by a series of layoffs in the past few years, and is currently down to just 27 employees.
