Pakistan Minister for Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Sikandar Hayat Khan Bosan has urged Canada to provide opportunities to Pakistan’s young Agricultural Scientists and allow them to study at its agricultural institutes so that they can play a role in the development of agriculture in Pakistan.

The Federal Minister expressed these views in a meeting with Canadian High Commissioner Margaret Huber on March 2. The Minister sought Canada’s help in boosting the livestock sector, milk processing units and its related projects in order to combat the problem of poverty.
