Premier Platforms acquires leather goods manufacturer

American Premier Platforms Holding Company, Inc.has announced through a majority approval of shareholder vote that the company will change its name effective February 18, to Paolo Nevada Enterprises, Inc.
In a further statement, the company also announced that it has acquired
Toko-Line d.d., a finished leather goods manufacturer based in Slovenia.This was the first of four acquisitions that the company intends to complete within the leather industry.
