VF Imagewear to acquire Holoubek
VF Imagewear, a division of VF Corporation – whose brands include Lee, Wrangler, JanSport, and The North Face – has signed an agreement to acquire all of the assets of Holoubek, Inc., apparel licensee of Harley-Davidson, Inc. for over 20 years with sales in excess of $40 million.
Holoubek products include t-shirts, fleeces and other casual apparel products, which are sold exclusively in Harley-Davidson dealerships around the
