Wolverine names new managing director at CAT Europe
American marketer of casual and sports footwear and apparel, Wolverine World Wide, Inc. has announced that it has appointed Gordon Baird as managing director for the company's Caterpillar Footwear European operations. Baird will report to Blake W. Krueger, president of the Heritage Brands Group, and will be responsible for all aspects of the Caterpillar UK and European businesses. Baird is a footwear industry veteran and has held senior positions at both adidas-Salomon and Timberland.
