Digital foot scanner that measures foot length, width, arch type and pressure points and is said to help retailers identify the ideal footwear for their customers.
The iStep accurately measures and analyses the foot and, from a database of patented shoes, it recommends the best footwear and inlay for the individual.
“All shoes in the market place are made on different lasts with different materials.
A particular shoe style that feels great on my feet may actually feel uncomfortable on yours, even if we’re the same size. Optimum foot comfort occurs when you find products that are designed for your individual needs,” said president of Apex, Larry Schwartz.
