Saga skins to be sold at FFS only
From December 2004 all SAGA Mink and Fox skins will be sold exclusively at Finnish Fur Sales in cooperation with Oslo Fur Auctions. The Finnish and Norwegian fur breeders will continue working at SAGA, regarded as a premium brand for farm-produced mink and fox with a 50-year-old-history.
Managing director of SAGA Jan Erik Carlson believes the changes in structure and ownership will open many new possibilities. “SAGA is ready to adapt to the new market situation. We represent a luxury brand with a clear identity. The new set-up allows SAGA to enter a much closer co-operation with Finnish Fur Sales and Oslo Fur Auctions and their clients and thereby reap full benefits from their existing resources.”
SAGA offers the fashion industry versatile collections of mink and fox skins. It provides the fur trade with a standard of quality acknowledged worldwide but strongly based on Nordic values.
