Leather Factory announces private transaction
The Leather Factory Inc. has announced the private sale of Leather Factory stock from the CEO of the company - Mr Wray Thompson and his wife - to Nery Partners, L.P, an investment fund.
The transaction involved the sale of 500,000 shares of Leather Factory common stock at $3.50 per share. The buyer, N.C. Nery, already owns 500,000 shares in the company.
Commenting on the sale, Leather Factory’s CEO, Wray Thompson said, “Nery Capital’s investment philiosophy complements the company’s management style. The Leather Factory is committed to continuing to expand its institutional stockholder base. I am pleased that Nery Capital’s investment in our company continues to grow.” Mike Nery, manager of the investment fund has been a member on the board of directors at Leather Factory since December 2003.
