Nike recalls children’s shoes

American sportswear maker Nike, has recalled the Nike Get-Go and Little Get-Go brands of children’s shoes following the discovery that part of the heel can become detached and could be ingested by small children.

 

Although no children have been injured through choking on the rubber heel tabs, the company has decided to recall 9,000 pairs following three cases in which the tabs came away from the main body of the shoe.
