Wilsons announces new leadership roles
Following the earlier resignation of COO David L.Rogers, Wilsons The Leather Experts Inc. has announced that Peter G. Michielutti is to take on further responsibilities within the company. Mr Michielutti will now hold the positions of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He will report directly to Joel N. Waller, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
The company also announced that Stacy A. Kruse, Director of Finance, Treasurer has been promoted to the position of Vice President Finance, Treasurer effective immediately.
Mr Waller said, "I believe that these well-deserved promotions are evidence that we have solid bench strength and a strong management team in place to drive the Company forward."
