Strong foreign presence expected at Vietnam show
Nearly 170 businesses including 150 enterprises, associations and Chambers of Commerce and Industry from Germany, Italy, Spain and Belgium, have registered to take part in an international leather and footwear exhibition that opens its doors in Vietnam next week.
To be held in Ho Chi Minh City, June 29-July 1, ‘International Leather and Footwear Exhibition 2004’ is one of the biggest to be held under the key trade promotion programme of the Vietnamese leather and footwear sector. A seminar on additive raw materials and new technology applied in the production of footwear will also take place at the exhibition, the association has advised.
