Filipino leather manufacture declines 92.5%, March 2004

According to the latest figures from the Philippines National Office of Statistics, the country’s leather manufacturing output declined a massive 92.5% during March 2004.

 

The country’s total manufacturing output declined 11% while the volume of net sales index went down 3.3%.

 

Double digit decreases, amongst others, were also registered by the footwear, apparel, petroleum, tobacco industries.
