‘House Makeover’ role for Muirhead
The creativity of Scottish leathermaker Muirhead has been showcased on primetime UK TV, as rugs incorporating its leather were featured recently on Channel 4’s hugely popular ‘Grand Designs’ house makeover programme.

Nicknamed ‘The Big White House’ the property had a very classic but modern theme. The walls were painted a smooth, pure white and the floors laid with large white tiles, flecked with tiny chips of coloured glass. To liven up the stark crispness, the rugs were used in the living room, dressing room, meeting room and two bedrooms.
