Polish chemicals deal in jeopardy
Polish chemicals company, Ciech, has said its plans to go public this autumn may be threatened when the offer is put to vote at its general shareholder’s meeting.
The State Treasury, which owns 52% of the company’s shares, has called for Ciech to present a clear strategy on the final structure of the share issue, which has not yet been presented.
