Malaysian engineering firm eyes leather business

Malaysian engineering company, MESB Bhd, is planning to buy the leather goods maker and retailer, Miroza Leather, for M$36 million ($9.2 million) in cash.  The deal is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2004.
