Lodz leather show series scrapped

The 8th edition of the Lodz Leather and Shoe Fair has been cancelled, organiser Polish Chamber of Shoe and Leather Industry (PCSLI) has advised, signalling the end of the series. The announcement follows a meeting between the PCSLI and the organisers of the competing Poznan Fashion Week show in early March, at which it was agreed that the exhibiting efforts of the industry should be focused on the Poznan show, the autumn ’04 edition of which will take place September 7-9.
