Bangladesh and Vietnam move to increase trading links
Bangladeshi and Vietnamese leather companies are to benefit from a series of collaborations established by the countries’ leaders on Monday.
The Bangladeshi Prime Minister, Khaleda Zia, and the Vietnamese President, Tran Duc Luong, have agreed to increase the countries’ trading, agricultural and cultural ties and have signed accords which prohibit the double taxing of individuals or companies operating in both countries. They also agreed to increase the nations’ collaborations in agriculture and cultural exchanges.
