SEPIC, the organisers of the 17th edition of Mod’Amont, held February 25-28 2004, say the show attracted 19,869 visitors, up 21.9% compared with February 2003. Exhibitor figures increased 9.3% to 223.
According to SEPIC, 7,094 French visitors attended, up 10.7% on the previous year while the number of participants from outside France was 12,775. Sharp increases were recorded for the US (+52%), Japan (+56%) and South Korea (+133%). In Europe there was a particular rise in figures for Spain (+35%) and Türkiye (+221%).
The next edition of Mod’Amont will be held September 21-24 2004, unveiling collections for autumn/winter 2005/06. The fair will open on a Tuesday rather than the usual Wednesday – the same applies to the Première Vision, Expofil and Indigo shows.
