Danier Leather announces management and Board changes

The US leather and suede clothing manufacturer, Danier Leather, has announced that Daniel Soper, executive vice president and chief operating officer, has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

 

Jeffrey Wortsman, president and chief executive officer, will re-assume responsibility for store operations, marketing, logistics, distribution and direct sales.

 

The company also announced that Doug Murphy, executive vice president, Business Development for Nelvana Limited, has joined the Danier Board as a new independent director, bringing the Board count to eight.
