Richina Pacific appoints new Board member
The parent organisation to Shanghai Richina Leather, Richina Pacific Limited, has appointed New York-based banking and corporate lawyer, John L. Walker, to its Board of Directors.
Walker, who has an extensive background in banking law, particularly in commercial, investment and merchant banking, is a senior partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He has been recognised in numerous publications as one of the world’s leading banking lawyers.
He is also member of the ‘Council on Foreign Relations’, a US-based independent non-partisan organisation dedicated to the understanding and development of US foreign policies and choices.
