Romagnoli Spa acquires Unimatik trademark

The Italian footwear manufacturer, Romagnoli Spa, has acquired the ‘Unimatik’ trademark.

Established in 1979, Unimatik Srl designs, manufactures and exports stainless steel vessels for the tanning industry, as well as a number of other industries.

According to Romagnoli, all Unimatik machinery will continue to be produced at the same site by the same workforce.
