Italy to help Iranian leather industry

Twelve managers from the Iranian leather industry are to undergo a two week training course in Italy to help improve the quality of the national leather industry’s output. Following the course, a number of Italian specialists will visit Iran to survey the country’s leather industry and assess its potential.

 

According to the director-general of the Textile and Clothing Department of the Ministry of Industry and Mines, Golnar Nasrollahi, the two countries are currently linked under a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
