Chinese leather to receive special treatment in New Delhi

The Chinese leather industry is to benefit from the Indian Prime Minister’s announcement that New Delhi is to give certain Chinese made products preferential treatment.

 

Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee made the statement following a recent trip to China. A total of 106 products will benefit from the special treatment, including those from the chemicals, textiles and diamonds industries. Officials in Beijing have however requested that 182 products are included in the agreement.
