Australian wet blue producer moves to expand

Australian wet blue producer Michell Leather has announced the $4 million expansion and upgrade of its Gunnedah tannery in New South Wales.  The development coincides with the departure of Ross Barker, senior trading manager of the company, who has recently advised of his decision to move on from the company.  In a statement, Michell thanked Mr Ross for his contribution and wished him well for the future.  It also confirmed its contacts for hide sales and purchasing, as follows: Sales; Karl Macaulay and Rebecca Cram,  Hide purchasing; Peter Heinrich, Greg Daly & Dean Gough.
