Wenzhou City’s May footwear exports on the up

According to Chinese Customs, Wenzhou City’s exports of footwear totalled $299 million during January-May, 2003.

 

Footwear exports increased 7.83% to $45 million in May, compared with April when exports declined.

 

During the month, the city’s total imports and exports were $333 million. Exports went up 3.58% to $262 million, compared with the year before.
