Natuzzi acquires Kingdom of Leather

Natuzzi S.p.A, the world’s largest leather sofa maker, has acquired the London-based upholstered furniture specialist, Castlegate 170 Ltd.
The £30 million ($48.4 million) deal is backed by Barclays Private Equity and gives the Italian manufacturer control of the Castlegate owned subsidiary,
No change of name is planned for the firm, which has a network of 15 stores across the
